3. Proteínas o compuestos nitrogenados.
4. Compuestos orgánicos superiores: vitaminas, enzimas y hormonas.
B. Materia mineral [inorgánica]

     El agua es probablemente el componente más importante de la vida animal y vegetal.
     El agua representa el 60-80% de su estructura física y les da forma.
